These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of laadliparivaar.com (the "Website"), operated by Laadli Parivaar Foundation Trust ("we", "us", "the Foundation"), a charitable trust registered in India. By accessing the Website, donating, becoming a member, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Laadli Parivaar Foundation Trust is a not-for-profit charitable trust working for the education, health, safety and empowerment of the girl child and her family. Registered office: 18/372-D, Dakshin Puri Extension, Dakshinpuri Phase-II, South Delhi, Delhi 110062, India. PAN: AACTL7600F. We are registered under Section 12A of the Income-tax Act, 1961.

Use of the Website

  • You may use the Website for lawful purposes only and must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
  • Content on the Website (text, images, logos, graphics) belongs to the Foundation or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
  • We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.

Donations & memberships

  • All donations are voluntary and are used to further the Foundation's charitable objectives.
  • By donating you confirm that the funds are from lawful sources and that the information you provide (including PAN, where applicable) is accurate.
  • Membership benefits, where offered, are described at the point of registration and may be revised from time to time.
  • Tax-exemption receipts are issued in accordance with our current registrations under the Income-tax Act, 1961.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways over secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card or banking credentials. Your use of a payment gateway is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
